Free Standard Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order & Security verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from, Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, which takes an additional 2–5 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Korea, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Israel, and New Zealand) usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the fulfillment center, items usually take between 12 and 20 + business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Delays: In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer that the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Separate Shipments: Your order can be split into several package, mainly caused by different fulfillment center location. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Customs Fees: In most cases, customs fees do not apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.
Lost Stolen OR Undelivered Packages: PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
** Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. These countries include Algeria, Tunisia, Albania, Kosovo and some others. We are sorry for this temporary inconvenience. Also some items may be coming from other sources and suppliers in and or around the world.
